This Refund Policy explains how Osho Enterprise (“Osho Enterprise”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles cancellations, refunds, advance payments, printing orders, design work and order-related issues.
By placing an order, making a payment or proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy, together with our Terms & Conditions.
GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLE
Because many of our services involve customised design, printing, material procurement and production specifically for an individual customer, refunds depend on the actual stage of the order and the costs already incurred.
Payment made for an order does not automatically create a right to a full refund.
Where appropriate, Osho Enterprise may provide a refund, adjustment, rework, reprint, reproduction or another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.
ADVANCE PAYMENT
For most orders, Osho Enterprise requires an advance payment before starting work.
Our normal advance-payment requirement is a minimum of 80% of the agreed order amount, unless a different amount has been specifically agreed for the particular order.
The advance payment may cover design work, preparation, materials, printing arrangements, production costs and other expenses connected with the order.
The refundable amount, if any, will therefore depend on the stage at which cancellation is requested and the costs already incurred.
CUSTOMER CANCELLATION
A customer may request cancellation even after making an advance payment.
However, cancellation after payment does not automatically qualify for a full refund.
If cancellation is requested while the order is still at the design or approval stage and printing/production has not started, Osho Enterprise may issue a refund after deducting the applicable design/work charges and any other costs already incurred.
The remaining eligible amount, if any, may then be refunded to the customer.
CANCELLATION AFTER PRINTING OR PRODUCTION HAS STARTED
Once printing, production, material procurement or another irreversible process has started, the amount paid may become non-refundable.
This is because customised materials, printing, production or other expenses may already have been incurred or committed specifically for the customer's order.
In such cases, Osho Enterprise will generally not provide a monetary refund.
Where reasonably possible, we may instead discuss an appropriate solution with the customer.
DESIGN-ONLY CANCELLATION
Where an order is specifically for design work and the customer cancels before final completion, the refund, if any, will be determined according to the amount of work already completed.
Design/work charges for services already performed are not refundable.
Any eligible balance remaining after deduction of such charges may be refunded.
AFTER CUSTOMER APPROVAL
Once the customer has approved a design or proof, the order may proceed to printing or production.
If the customer subsequently changes their mind, changes the design, changes the specifications or otherwise decides not to proceed, the amount already paid may not be refundable.
Any additional work or changes requested after approval may also attract additional charges.
PRODUCT REJECTION BY CUSTOMER
A customer may raise a concern if the delivered product has a genuine issue.
However, rejection of a customised product does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
If the product has been produced according to the agreed specifications and customer-approved design, a refund will generally not be provided merely because the customer subsequently dislikes, changes their preference or no longer requires the product.
Where a genuine production or printing issue attributable to Osho Enterprise is identified, we may, depending on the circumstances:
Reprint the affected items;
Redo the work;
Reproduce the order;
Correct the relevant issue; or
Provide another reasonable solution.
The objective will generally be to correct the order rather than provide a monetary refund.
PRINTING AND PRODUCTION VARIATIONS
Printing can involve reasonable variations in colour, paper, ink, material, size, cutting, finishing, texture and other physical characteristics.
Screen appearance and printed appearance may also differ.
Minor or reasonable variations that are inherent to printing or production will generally not qualify for a refund.
Where a variation is materially outside the agreed specifications or represents a genuine production error attributable to Osho Enterprise, we may consider reprinting, redoing or another suitable remedy.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED INFORMATION
Osho Enterprise does not provide refunds for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied or approved by the customer.
This includes, without limitation:
Spelling mistakes;
Incorrect names;
Incorrect dates;
Incorrect telephone numbers;
Incorrect addresses;
Incorrect photographs;
Incorrect logos;
Incorrect prices;
Incorrect specifications; and
Other customer-supplied information.
The customer is responsible for carefully checking the proof/design before approval.
CUSTOMER-APPROVED ERRORS
If an error was visible in the design/proof and the customer approved the design before printing or production, the customer will generally not be entitled to a refund or free reprint because of that approved error.
Any correction or reprinting requested in such circumstances may be treated as a new or additional job and may involve additional charges.
REFUND FOR UNSTARTED WORK
If an order is cancelled before meaningful work has started and before Osho Enterprise has incurred relevant costs, we may consider a refund of the eligible amount.
The exact refund amount will depend on the work performed, commitments made and costs incurred up to the time of cancellation.
REFUND METHOD
Where a refund is approved, Osho Enterprise will normally attempt to return the eligible amount through the original or another mutually suitable payment method.
Depending on the payment method, bank, payment gateway or other third-party service, the actual time taken for the refund to reach the customer may vary.
Any third-party transaction, processing or service charges that are non-refundable may be deducted where applicable and legally permissible.
THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT SERVICES
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks or other payment-service providers.
Such providers may have their own terms, conditions, processing times and refund procedures.
Where a refund has been approved by Osho Enterprise but processing is handled by a third party, the applicable third-party processing conditions may also apply.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges paid for a completed or attempted delivery are generally non-refundable where the delivery service has already been used or the delivery cost has already been incurred.
If a delivery-related issue occurs, Osho Enterprise may consider an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.
ADDITIONAL WORK AND REVISIONS
Charges for additional design work, revisions, modifications, urgent work, additional quantities, upgraded materials or other separately requested services are generally non-refundable once that work or service has been performed or committed.
REPRINT, REDO AND REPRODUCTION
Where Osho Enterprise accepts responsibility for a genuine printing or production issue, our preferred remedy may be to reprint, redo or reproduce the affected work.
A reprint or redo may take reasonable additional time depending on material availability, production capacity and other circumstances.
A monetary refund will not automatically be provided where a reasonable corrective solution can be offered.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
Where only part of an order is affected, Osho Enterprise may, depending on the circumstances, consider a partial refund, replacement, reprint, adjustment or other suitable remedy.
The decision will take into account the affected quantity, work completed, costs incurred and nature of the issue.
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Subject to applicable law, refunds will generally not be available where:
The customer changes their mind after customised work has been completed;
The customer rejects an approved design without a genuine production issue;
Printing or production has already started;
Materials have already been purchased or committed specifically for the order;
The customer supplied incorrect information;
The customer approved an error in the final proof;
The customer fails to provide required information or approval and the order is consequently delayed;
The customer requests changes after approval or production has started;
The issue is a normal or reasonable printing/production variation; or
The relevant service has already been completed or substantially performed.
GENUINE SERVICE OR PRODUCTION ISSUES
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to prevent a customer from raising a genuine complaint regarding a service or product that does not conform to the agreed specifications or where Osho Enterprise has failed to provide the agreed service.
Customers should contact Osho Enterprise as soon as reasonably possible after identifying such an issue.
We will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer rework, reprint, replacement, correction, partial refund or another remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

REFUND DECISION
Every refund request may be reviewed individually based on:
The type of service;

Amount of work completed;
Customer approval status;
Whether printing/production has started;
Materials or third-party services already committed;
Payments already made;
Actual costs incurred; and
The nature of the customer's request or complaint.
Approval of one refund does not create an automatic entitlement to the same refund in another order.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a customer disagrees with a refund decision, the customer should first contact Osho Enterprise.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through direct communication, discussion, meeting or chat.
If the matter cannot be resolved amicably, the customer may pursue any remedy available under applicable law.
Subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction rules applicable to the particular dispute, Ahmedabad, Gujarat will be the agreed jurisdiction for legal proceedings.
